Our Experience
Kelly & Heidi have been actively participating in Western Dressage since 2013 and have been active in the Equine Industry since 1977. Kelly has earned an Overall World Championship title in Introductory and a Reserve Overall World Championship in Level 2. He has World Champion wins in Introductory and Level 2 and has also been Top 5 in the World in Basic, Level 1 and Level 3
Our Approach
The more we talk to Western Dressage riders and prospective riders throughout our travels what they really want to know is what are the proper gaits and fundamentally What is Western Dressage? They want it explained in words THEY understand and the reasons behind the gaits and maneuvers. They want someone to spend time with them and help them to gain insights into the broader picture –

Kelly and Heidi are uniquely qualified to carry out this mission.
Kelly is an incredibly gifted Horseman with over 40 years experience with all breeds and seats. He talks with understanding and compassion to all ages and abilities and keeps the instruction simple, straightforward, and easy to understand.
Heidi is a Passionate Caller who has called almost 1,000 tests to help further her education and eye. She can see where a rider is helping or hindering their partner and explain why in easy to understand terms. She calls tests with compassion so the rider is never alone in the ring and able to hear and understand every maneuver.

I first met Heidi and Kelly at the 2015 WDAA world show. I was so very impressed with Kelly’s calm, quiet demeanor with his horses. I could tell he had a deep relationship with his horses built on trust. The next year, I really got to know Heidi at the Judges seminar in Tulsa, OK. I was equally impressed at her ability to communicate their training philosophy in words. She has an energy and excitement about training horses that I found quite refreshing.
Together, they have the gift of showing and teaching how to improve your horse’s training and your relationship with your horse. They are at the highest level of harmony between horse and rider. I look forward to being able to clinic under them!!

For the the past few years I have competed in the Western Dressage World Championship Show and have meet many new people. Although the way I compete at this show is a bit different to many - I ride sidesaddle. This raises a lot of questions in peoples' minds and some are unsure how to react, but out of all the people I have met Kelly and Heidi are two of the nicest! They always made a conscious effort to go out of their way and make me feel accepted into this new and wonderful sport of Western Dressage. No matter how good or bad my tests went Kelly and Heidi always had amazing advice to give me to help advance both me and my horse in our tests. They have so much knowledge and wonderful advice to share with everyone and are incredible horse people. With their support, wonderful advice, and knowledge, they enhance the Western Dressage world to another level.

Western Dressage Educational Tour
We are looking for groups and clubs that are interested in becoming a part of this incredible opportunity - The WESTERN DRESSAGE EDUCATIONAL TOUR. Over 3 years we intend to visit every area of both the US and Canada. This tour will be unique in that we intend on staying 2 weeks in each area. We will travel to where your members live. Play days, demonstrations, fun shows, and classroom sessions are perfect opportunities to educate your members, build interest and increase your membership. We offer Quality education in a Fun environment to help your members better understand the unique discipline of Western Dressage.
